Wines from any region and variety may be submitted as long as they will be commercially available at the time of publication (early November 2010).

TWO bottles of each sample are requested, together with:

□ List of wines submitted (form 1 download here)

□ Entry Fee - Include tax invoice/payment with samples

□ Recommended Retail/Cellar Door Prices (form 1)

□ Phone & Fax number (form 1)

□ Contact Name (form 1)

□ Web Site (form 1)

□ Email Address (consumer/trade contact) (form 1)

Samples must be received no later than:

13^th August 2010, with carton(s) clearly marked as follows:
