The ICCS Planning Committee designed the evening of Wednesday 1 February to give ICCS delegates and partners the opportunity to combine a private experience of a choice of Hobart's finest restaurants with ICCS selected wines.  Restaurants listed below are within walking distance of the ICCS venue (Hotel Grand Chancellor), and worked with the ICCS to provide feature menus for this evening.

 

SMOLT (2 Salamanca Square, Hobart)

A selection of Pinot Noir matched with platters of Tasmanian truffle-themed gourmet food.  Hosted by the Tamar Valley Wine Route.  Click here to view this amazing menu.
