ICCS Field Trips

ICCS Field Trip - South

The ICCS Field Trip - South offered a one day trip from and returning to Hobart on Sunday 5 February 2012 and organised in conjunction with WineSouth. It included the magnificent Tasman Island Cruise, Port Arthur Historic Site visit and local wine tasting.  Cost discounted for ICCS delegates and guests at $189 per adult and $126 per child. 

The trip itinerary is:

• 7.30 am - Meet the bus at the Pennicott Wilderness Journeys Booking Centre (Hobart waterfront on Franklin Wharf, next to Consitution Dock Lifting Bridge)
• 7.45 am - Bus departs Hobart
• 9.15 am - Arrive on the Tasman Peninsula for morning tea and transfer to boat
• 10.00 am - Tasman Island Cruise departs
• 1.00 pm - Tasman Island Cruise concludes followed by lunch at Taylor's Restaurant with Tasmanian wine tasting and 2 hours at the Port Arthur Historic Site
• 4.30 pm - Bus departs to return to Hobart
• 6.00 pm - Bus arrives back in Hobart, with Hobart hotel drop-off available.
